Networks are required to follow federal antitrust laws, as has been specifically addressed by CMS. The ability for network members to discuss bid amounts is extremely limited. 

VGM is offering its members help with network bid calculation. Contact VGM National Competitive Bidding Services to request the network bid calculation form. Each network member will be required to return this form to VGM. We will, in turn, calculate weighted network bids and return them to the primary supplier so they can be entered into the competitive bid submission system.
