National Mail Order Bid Prep Worksheet

We are pleased to announce the availability of VGM Bid Calculator Worksheets for all 100 competitive bidding areas.

The purpose for these worksheets are to allow bidding companies further analysis and review of the various HCPC codes making up the product categories.  As you may be aware, certain HCPC impact the overall “composite bid” much more than others.  And, upon VGM member request, we added additional functions to flag potentially incorrect bids (e.g., bidding a rental/10% amount versus the required purchase amount) and a warning for “bona fide bid” violations. Details are set forth in the PDF instruction document.

Each individual Excel file includes, by tabs, all product categories.
